What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number and adjust the chauffeur’s arrival accordingly. Just include your flight number in the quote request.
Will the chauffeur wait inside the terminal?
Yes, on request. The chauffeur can meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board and walk you to the vehicle.
Do you serve Brussels South Charleroi?
Yes. We handle transfers to and from Brussels Airport Zaventem (BRU), Brussels South Charleroi (CRL), Liège, Antwerp and Ostend, as well as Lille and Amsterdam Schiphol.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the vehicle. The Mercedes V-Class and the minibus offer generous luggage space. Tell us the number of bags in your request and we will assign the right vehicle.
Can you pick up passengers arriving from the United States?
Yes. Long-haul arrivals at Brussels Airport are routine for us: we track the flight, allow for immigration and baggage reclaim, and your chauffeur speaks English.
