How much does it cost to rent a bus or chauffeured vehicle in Brussels?
As a guide: an 8-seat minibus costs around €350 per day and a 50-seat motorcoach around €600 per day, chauffeur included. For limousines and cars with chauffeur, the rate depends on the route. The final price varies with duration, passenger count and the exact itinerary — request a personalized quote.
How many passengers can you carry?
From 1 to roughly 50. The Mercedes S-Class seats up to 3 passengers, the Mercedes V-Class up to 7, the minibus up to 8, and the motorcoach around 50. For larger groups we coordinate several vehicles.
Do you operate outside Brussels?
Yes. We cover the whole of Belgium — Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Liège, Namur, Charleroi, the coast and the Ardennes — as well as neighboring countries (France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany) on request.
Do you handle airport transfers?
Yes. We serve Brussels Airport (BRU, Zaventem), Brussels South Charleroi (CRL), Liège, Antwerp, plus Lille and Amsterdam Schiphol. Your chauffeur tracks your flight number, meets you on arrival and handles the luggage.
