Fifty people, one meeting point
Running an event is already enough. Transportation should not be one more thing to worry about. We take on moving your participants, from the first arrival to the last return.
Shuttles between hotels and the venue, transfers from airports and stations, rotations through the day, one grouped return in the evening: every rotation is planned with you, then run on time.
Depending on the format we deploy Mercedes V-Class minivans, minibuses seating up to 8, or motorcoaches of around 50 seats — and several coordinated vehicles when the group is large. Brussels hosts European institutions and a heavy congress calendar, so this is familiar territory.

Can you collect our participants from the airport?
Yes. We handle arrivals at Zaventem (BRU), Charleroi (CRL), Liège, Antwerp, Lille and Schiphol, with flight tracking.
Can we book for several consecutive days?
Yes. Congresses, residential seminars and multi-day incentives are all covered, with the same chauffeur wherever possible.
